What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 15:00 (3 PM) until 00:00 (midnight). Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know when booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes! Every studio and apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Is there parking at Summerscape Studios & Apartments?

Yes, we offer free private on-site parking for all our guests. No reservation is needed.

Do the apartments & studios include a kitchen?

All our units include a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop, and utensils — perfect for preparing simple meals or snacks during your holiday.

Are toiletries and towels provided?

How close is the beach?

The famous Canal D’Amour Beach is only a 2-minute walk (around 300 meters) from Summerscape, one of the best-loved spots in Corfu.

Is a deposit or prepayment required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your departure date. The deposit is 30% of the total and is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.

Are there restaurants or shops nearby?

Yes, you’ll find tavernas, cafés, bars, and shops within walking distance, including a minimarket right on site for your daily essentials.

How far is the airport?

Corfu International Airport (CFU) is approximately 36 km from the property (about a 45-minute drive). We can help you arrange local transfers or taxi services if needed.

Is there a help desk or reception?

Yes. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with any questions, requests, or emergencies during your stay. Whether you need directions, extra towels, or local recommendations, we’re always here to help.

How often is cleaning service provided?

We provide full cleaning service every 3 days, including fresh towels and linens. Additional cleaning or towel changes can be arranged upon request.

Do you offer baby cots?

Yes, baby cots are available free of charge for infants. Please let us know in advance if you require one so we can have it ready upon your arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, notification is required at least one month in advance. This policy helps us manage availability fairly for all guests. If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible, we’ll always do our best to assist where we can.
